Is it safe to use WTFast or Battle ping to reduce latency?

That is low. Really, really, really low. Even by Australian standards which is pathetic enough already.

sorry, my mistake, it should be mbit, not kbit. I looked up the exact numbers on my ISPs website (because the get higher every year) and it says 75000/10000, but i didn't notice that the unit was kbit. So yeah, it's 75mbit down and 10mbit up.
