I feel your pain! I was so beyond angry when I received my email from SE informing me that my ticket had been closed yet again. It is going on 2 weeks since I submitted my first ticket.
I love how they suggest to contact in-game support. Well I can't reactivate my 1.0 account because it's not visible in mog station. If I could access in-game support I wouldn't be having an issue LOL.

At this point, if they close my ticket once more they will lose a customer for life. I don't care how amazing the franchise is, I will not invest in a company that treats their paying customers like dirt.
