I understand that you've got huge question queues, and that a lot of issues have been fixed by hotfixes, but when someone sends in an email support question marked ACCOUNT ISSUES, it's probably a safe bet that a new game patch won't fix it. So why on earth do you think it's ok to close tickets twice now clearly falling into the account issues category on me?
