    Getting really annoyed with your e-mail support

    I understand that you've got huge question queues, and that a lot of issues have been fixed by hotfixes, but when someone sends in an email support question marked ACCOUNT ISSUES, it's probably a safe bet that a new game patch won't fix it. So why on earth do you think it's ok to close tickets twice now clearly falling into the account issues category on me?

    Not only that, but your times for live chat and phone support are ridiculous. You do realize that the vast majority of people in America work between 9 am and 6 pm pacific right?

    You really should have more off-hours for live support, and please, STOP CLOSING MY FUCKING SUPPORT TICKET! No, your patches won't bloody well fix it.

    I feel your pain! I was so beyond angry when I received my email from SE informing me that my ticket had been closed yet again. It is going on 2 weeks since I submitted my first ticket.
    I love how they suggest to contact in-game support. Well I can't reactivate my 1.0 account because it's not visible in mog station. If I could access in-game support I wouldn't be having an issue LOL.

    At this point, if they close my ticket once more they will lose a customer for life. I don't care how amazing the franchise is, I will not invest in a company that treats their paying customers like dirt.

    I'm very upset with what seems to be "clear all" support tickets...

    I can't even find the NA Live Chat support...my ticket was closed today, sent in another. :/ good luck.
