Pre order code is no longer valid in PSN

so i redem 18 code then convert it to 12 code for psn , and PSN doesn't want to accept the code anymore or its incorrect . To my knowledge, the EA/pre order codes giving the Hat and Minion are supposed to be valid until Dec 31., 2013

few days later...

-Contacted Sony and they confirmed that the code expired on August 29th. because Sqare Enix has removed all of this content from the network while they prepare their servers for traffic of the game.

-Square-Enix shouldn't have made early access & mog cap, cait sith in one code.

-Only Square-Enix can make new codes,

- My first preorder code was wasted as I chose PS3 at redemption and was given the infamously useless 12 digit already-expired PSN code.

-PS3 users got screwed on the preorder code.

what should i do now? buying a new copy with pre order code?
partial refund? i cant get that because they already give me one

You need to input the actual game serial number to keep playing, not the pre-order code. The pre-order code was only for the items and early access. EA is over, so now you need an official code. I'm not sure where you get that from for the PS3 version though. If you search the forums, you will find an answer as you are only the 100000K person to have this issue.

im already have an offcial code and already playing the game , the only thing i cr8 this thread because i really want that in game items

Unfortunately, the mog cap and cait sith minion were only available as a benefit for those that pre-ordered the game. Were you not able to input the code before the 29th? I think the only way that you are going to get this sorted out is if you contact SE directly...

EDIT: Just re-reading through your post, if you were affected with that error, then surely SE should be able to apply those items to your account? Hope you get it sorted out soon

Sony could only confirm that the code is bad. They can only tell me to get a refund from amazon.
