Keybinds and Equip Lists won't save. (PS3)

When equip set configuration or keybinds are changed it doesn't save, even though there's the flashing grey "Saving" box in the lower right.

I have to re-equip and rebind everything for all classes every login.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Still happening.

Gear sets won't save even when they say they have, and cross-hotbar skills revert upon logout/login

Is there a corrupted file I should erase or something? A full re-install didn't fix this problem, and it's a big headache.

I saw a similar thread about PC where erasing the corrupted file fixed the problem, but I don't know which file stores the info and don't want to erase anything important.

Any reply is much obliged.

EDIT: Deleted Character Info File. Fixed issue.
