If it was on the 24th you registered, it may have been the pre-order bonus that included Early Access only.Ok, I'm here because Square-Enix decided to close my ticket on this issue without even resolving it. I didn't even get a response other than they closed my ticket. I am really pissed off right now

^Telling me it is not registered to my account (it is the same account. Account name is Dragonpoet1 while my nickname is Dragonpoet316)
^My result after attempting to reuse my code from my account to re-register the game (it clearly did not work since I've used the code once already)
Square-Enix dropped my ticket without giving me an answer for this. This was a digital copy of the game I had bought, I had early registered it on the 24th of August, and I am using the exact same login from the website (using the correct account ID) as I am using on the game client. PLEASE HELP ME! I already have 2 characters created and even the forums here show that.
Check all your emails to see if you got a new code that should be used to register for actual service. Especially any spam folders.
