    Client keeps telling me my account is not registered

    Ok, I'm here because Square-Enix decided to close my ticket on this issue without even resolving it. I didn't even get a response other than they closed my ticket. I am really pissed off right now


    ^Shows that my game is registered to my account


    ^Telling me it is not registered to my account (it is the same account. Account name is Dragonpoet1 while my nickname is Dragonpoet316)


    ^My result after attempting to reuse my code from my account to re-register the game (it clearly did not work since I've used the code once already)

    Square-Enix dropped my ticket without giving me an answer for this. This was a digital copy of the game I had bought, I had early registered it on the 24th of August, and I am using the exact same login from the website (using the correct account ID) as I am using on the game client. PLEASE HELP ME! I already have 2 characters created and even the forums here show that.

    If it was on the 24th you registered, it may have been the pre-order bonus that included Early Access only.
    Check all your emails to see if you got a new code that should be used to register for actual service. Especially any spam folders.

    I'm having the same problem, including my ticket being closed. I never received a new registration code (even in spam folder).

    Edit:
    I figured it out. If you ordered through Amazon, go to Amazon.com and go to your games library. From there go to view product key, and that should be your new registration code.

    When you log in with your info, you should see a Serial Number. It will be 20 digits. Enter that.
