    sometimes i can post sometimes i cant, All the time i can make a topic....help

    New thread cannot be created due to either you have reached to your daily limit or your main character's level is not high enough.

    can someone explain this please?

    i can make posts in Tech support but not in General chat

    I can reply sometimes in gen chat but other times i cant.

    For instance today, this is my first post in the past 48 hours, but when i tried in General Chat, it came up with that message, even when replying to someone in a post it happened.

    Can someone please tell me or direct me on what the lvl requirement is to post normally on a forum like normal people do on any other forum?

    It was bad enough during beta with the one post per 15 minutes crap, but this is ridiculous now.
