My system is nearly identical, though my 930 is not overclocked and I'm running dual 5750's and I'm running into mostly the same issues as you about it chugging, though I traded DoF for higher shadows and background quality but again I still drop frames like crazy. Still sucks even more because I have to run in windowed mode thanks to that inexcusable direct-x bug and loose a entire graphics card of power.
