I have filled out this form but have not been able to call, once I get back I will attack the customer support lines!![]()
I did the same thing when I went to first activate my free 30 days at the start. I opened a ticket and didn't get a response and my pre order days were running out. I phoned them instead to try get it sorted quickler (a UK call centre) and told the guy my ticket number, he escalated it and the next day the 30 days was put on my first service account for me. So maybe try and phone them?
