    Poor Customer Support

    Just like many others here I am going on 2 weeks and still no response from support.

    I am so tired of waiting that this is my last resort.

    1-Do to a poor Mog Station design I created a new account instead of upgrading account 1 to a Collectors Edition. Ticket has been in since the 28AUG13 and no feedback.

    2-Square advertises that crysta can be used to pay for game time, so do to my desperation I bought some and I went to register/update payment and to my surprise no option for crysta...

    3-Because I have my CE edition as a second account it was loosing it's free trial time, I went ahead and deactivated it thinking that I will stop the counter. Surprised I was when it has not to date stopped counting down.

    4-Recent maintenance we were told that all accounts will receive 7 days. Well for me account 1 didn't receive anything and account 2 did.

    Is there a real support center where I can get my problem fixed?

    I am in a similar situation. My CE is on the wrong account but it was the only option i was given when I activated it. So all my work is on a different account.

    I logged my first ticket on the 26th and got the automated response on the 28th but since then nothing. I have logged a second ticket for the same issue but so far have only got the automated response. I have been out on vacation for 1.5 weeks and I was hoping once I returned i would have the account issues fixed and would be able to play again, but it seems like a fix (if I will ever get one) is still a ways off.

    I did the same thing when I went to first activate my free 30 days at the start. I opened a ticket and didn't get a response and my pre order days were running out. I phoned them instead to try get it sorted quickler (a UK call centre) and told the guy my ticket number, he escalated it and the next day the 30 days was put on my first service account for me. So maybe try and phone them?

    Thank you for the reply. I read in another forum that SE is deliberately closing tickets and people have to get back in line to resubmit them. Crappy, but I am resubmitting another one today.
