Just like many others here I am going on 2 weeks and still no response from support.

I am so tired of waiting that this is my last resort.

1-Do to a poor Mog Station design I created a new account instead of upgrading account 1 to a Collectors Edition. Ticket has been in since the 28AUG13 and no feedback.

2-Square advertises that crysta can be used to pay for game time, so do to my desperation I bought some and I went to register/update payment and to my surprise no option for crysta...

3-Because I have my CE edition as a second account it was loosing it's free trial time, I went ahead and deactivated it thinking that I will stop the counter. Surprised I was when it has not to date stopped counting down.

4-Recent maintenance we were told that all accounts will receive 7 days. Well for me account 1 didn't receive anything and account 2 did.

Is there a real support center where I can get my problem fixed?
