Sheep to the Slaughter quest broken

I cannot interact with some of the quest npcs for this quest. It will not allow me to deliver the supplies to the sentry.

Me too. Two of the NPCs simply refuse to do anything when I interact with them, while the other two took the items without a problem. Any plans to fix it, SE?

Same here. I can't interact with two of the NPC's that I'm supposed to give the materials to.
