Hi all,
I'm pretty new at multiplayer dungeons, but was given a great briefing by my party members (thanks again for being so awesome!). However, I'm still a bit lost as to how to "pull" hoards of enemies. Any tips?
Thanks!

Well, basically hit the enemies and get their attention before your party member does. Also keep the hate meter of all enemies filled on you (it's the bar below the class icon on the left of the party list name). Earlier on you can't do much besides running in headfirst and start whacking on each of them (at least get the two-hit combo in, that should last for a bit), but along the levels you'll get Flash which will increase the hate meter of all enemies around you. When you get this, make sure to apply at least once (twice if needed) to every mob you "pull". There is also shield lob which you get by doing the lv15 class quest, which you can use to "pull" distant enemies or those that you lost hate and decide to go after your party member.
I don't play a Paladin myself, though, so I'm not sure about the details later on.
Hey Makki,
I would highly suggest reading this Basic Tanking Guide to help you understand not just pulling, but other aspects of multi-mob dungeon fights.
Veillette is quite correct. You want to Shield Lob the enemy you want to fight first (advanced: Macro it so it puts a 1 on the target). You can then run farther in, if possible and use your first Flash. Do your enmity rotation and use Flash again. Depending on how much damage and healing is going on you can repeat this. Do more damage if you're good on enmity. There is also a list displaying enmity by icons and if you target one mob, it'll say under a person's class icon what their hate level is like.
Anyway, just read your skills going forward. Keep a look out for provoke.
We have a thread doing on tips on Gladiator and Tanking here:

I understand the problem with Gladiators compared to Marauder as there isnt much to draw in the mob from a distance. What you can try instead are one-use items such as bombs where you then select an area on the ground nearby the mobs you want (also useful if there is more than one and you dont want them straying to the DD/Heal roles![]()
.
Thanks for your suggestions everyone!
