Steps:
1. Use this keypad, an official Sony product, in the in-game chat window.
2. Press Blue key + 3, the designated combo for the / (forward slash)
3. Hash tag appears
4. I tested the keypad on the PS3's messaging function and it created the forward slash just fine, but the game continues typing a hash tag. Forward slash is pretty much essential in this game.

This must be an exclusive issue as I can confirm that they keypad works perfectly fine for me when I type the symbols and letters. I have almost tried all buttons and combinations on the pad and have not stumbled upon any issues or incorrect inputs thus far.
