For example: If you pay for 90 days of subscription, you receive all of the rewards the very moment you pay.

You will not be charged until the FREE GAME TIME is up. For most players, I believe this is around the SEPT. 17 mark. You can check here.
The moment your free game time is over and you are charged, you receive all benefits.
