    effects and FPS

    Ok so game has been playing good till patch on 4th. Now I have around 15 to 17 from 33

    Also when i cast a spell i do not have any effects. I just look like a moron against the wind. Does anyone else have this problem.

    Graphics have fixed self but FPS is still 16ish
