I have 1.0 CE but no ARR CE items!!!

First of all, I've tried live chat support TWICE, waited 1-2 hours both times, to find out at the very end of the queue there are no agents available.
I've sent in a support email ticket, waited 48+ hours, and they close the ticket with no response.
I've also checked the moogle mailbox plenty of times.

I have FFXIV 1.0 CE registered on my account since I first played in 2010 (I have the 1.0 CE Onion Helm on my new and only character).
But when I check my account on MOGSTATION, it says my account service is Standard and not CE.
How is this even possible when I have the Onion Helm?
Because of this I'm missing the new CE items:
Helm of Light, Baby Behemoth, Coeurl Bell and Behemoth Barding.

DEV please help. I still have my 1.0 CE box and registration code.
Tried adding it in with the "Enter Bonus Code" button on Mogstation but says invalid?!? (I've triple checked if the code was typed correctly)

You can find in it any of the 3 major towns. Your map should show an envelope icon.

if you dont have the items.. well.. waiting 48+ hours is nice, but did it really say they closed it? as at me it took them half a week even to recieve my ticket and after a week still no response :P

anyway.. try this https://support.eu.square-enix.com/c...hp?id=612&la=2 and then at one point select live chat. Within about 20 minutes max you will get live text chat so they can maybe respond faster

I think the quote you pulled that from was in response to someone asking about the social based members site. either way, I still don't have my ARR CE items.
and yeah, they closed it. with an out of date auto-response:

The Onion Helm was a bonus item which was mentioned on a separate card within the CE Package. The package itself had 2 registration codes for the game itself. 1 on the booklet and the other on a "Guest Pass"-card. I can't tell for sure (since it's not mentioned explicitly on the card), but i believe that the code on the "Guest Pass"-card was one of a Standard version.

I've tried entering the code on the booklet itself on the Enter Bonus Code mogstation page. It says invalid for some reason. I've triple checked it and no I'm not getting the zero's and o's mixed up.

I would just like to confirm that you are, in fact, supposed to have the 2.0 CE since you own the 1.0 CE.

Proof that you are correct is stated here, on an official SE owned site and states:

Players Who Own the FFXIV version 1.0 Collector’s Edition

Players who own the FFXIV version 1.0 Collector’s Edition will receive the FFXIV: ARR Collector’s Edition in-game bonus items (Helm of Light, Baby Behemoth Minion, Behemoth Barding, and Coeurl Mount) for free. The in-game bonus items will be delivered via Moogle Letter when FFXIV: ARR launches.

And seeing that you have an Onion Helm, the 1.0 CE item, not sure what the issue could be :s
