Cannot create another character on same server!

Agreed this is getting beyond a joke i just want to be able to make what the game says i can make, but this restrictions on Behemoth are just making me think i need to return to Guildwars 2 there i can make Alts. unbelievable...

I agree. I have been waiting for days for Behemoth to open, so I can create my tank/marauder there to join my friends playing there. And I check everyday, both lodestone,forums and in-game hoping that it will be open..but close..everyday close! And I have 1 character there already, but I still can't create more!
