Connection problem and keep disconnecting [New York City][RCN]

Hi Square Enix support:

I live in NYC, Internet Service Provider is RCN.
I have not have any connection issues while I was in game during beta and early access other than the log in problems everyone had.

After the Sept 3rd maintenance, I was able to log into the game very easy, however, I kept getting disconnected and it's nearly unplayable. I thought it was the server problem which caused the lag, However, after I asked friends on Free Company, none of them have this issue.

I just saw another player posted in another thread with the same problem like me who has RCN as ISP and live in NYC, which prompted me to open this thread.

Please help asap, I m getting really frustrated now.

You are not the only one with this problem.

There is an entire thread on this, the game is unplayable for several and they had the nerve to just lock the thread without providing a real answer.

It has to be a server/SE issue. Some times i'm able to play for maybe an hour but most times it's less than 5 minutes until i'm disconnected. I get DCd then of course I have to wait in a Q to log back into the game. Sometimes I log in and get disconnected right away. I'm downloading at 69mbs and uploading at 10mbs so I know it's not my internet. My computer has tested above all SE/FF14 requirements but I still get disconnected. I really do enjoy the game when I am able to play but I can't play long enough and it's really annoying.

Edit: I am also on RCN but in PA
