Yeah this is happening to pretty much everyone, and as a tank it is extremely frustrating. I really hope they fix this soon as it's driving me nuts and I really want to continue supporting this game as it's a great game but as long as this bug persists I don't think I will be buying a subscription as it's ruining my enjoyment of the game.

I'm pretty sure it's server lag or at least I hope. Even basic mob frontal cones can be used to test it as i've sat in them multiple times and ran out before the attack lands but still receive damage. Also people sprinting and mounted seem to jump around quite a bit. I'd love to know if it's my trashy ISP or something server related cause they will determine if I continue playing in the end.
