Anyone know if it is possible? I had no option to utilize my mouse wheel in the binds section.

Apparently not![]()
you can bind the pressing of it (called mouse 3), but not the scroll - or so it seems to me, I just tried it in game.
Can always use mouse software to assign scroll up/down a key settings when FFXIV is being played, then assign that same key within keybinds in FFXIV.
Like CTRL+ALT+1 for mouse up, CTRL+ALT+2 for mouse down on mouse software.
Then in game set whatever hotkey you want on the scroll up/down to CTRL+ALT+1 or CTRL+ALT+2
Google around for the mouse settings stuff if it doesn't come with your mouse driver/software.
I think that would prevent me from using my mouse wheel in other in game tabs such as chat tabs or my hunters log, or am I mistaken?
Would probably do do both at same time /nod so it's not good overall, was thinking about that after I posted the above post.
You can try do something like when CTRL+mouse wheel up/down then but still probably affect the games usual control.
