Hey there!
Just wanted to say i love your let's play vids, watch the FFXIV and Rift mostly. In fact your let's play FFXIV was the main reason i started playing the game, the graphics is what pulled me into the game. It is funny that i bought the game just as subs were about to re-start after the first aniversary but to be honest that is fine by me, am quite happy to hand my money over if it will improve the game in the long run.
Keep up the good work.
Shame Tallahasse (sp?) is not venturing in FFXIV, love his dry humour

Part 28 of my 'Let's Play' gameplay and commentary in the MMO, Final Fantasy XIV, by Square Enix.

In this episode we once again find ourselves in Limsa Lominsa, and as we wander about the city we come across a rather strange quest giver named Sweetnix Rosycheeks who sends us to find out information from the Yellowjackets at Camp Bearded Rock. We make our way to the camp and listen to the lengthy details of how the camp got it's name, before heading back to the city to hand in. After ensuring that we register the local Aetheryte Crystal we then pick up some more level-appropriate Levequests and jump on a Chocobo to ride to our new destination of Camp Skull Valley..

In this episode we find ourselves in the company of our most generous benefactor - PicoMan - who joins us in order to deliver some more of his awesome wares for our benefit. Given that we're now based at Camp Skull Valley far north of Limsa Lominsa, we decide to try out some of the local Levequests for the area, which should be more of a challenge than our last efforts back at Camp Bearded Rock..

Part 30 of my 'Let's Play' gameplay and commentary in the MMO, Final Fantasy XIV, by Square Enix.

In this episode we once again team up with PicoMan, who had very kindly invited us on a jaunt which takes us to the South East of Camp Bearded Rock, into an open-world dungeon named 'Shposhae'. Once we're there we head inside to discover a fascinating interior, filled with all manner of critters hell-bent on ensuring we don't make it back out alive, but also offering up certain keys which give us access to the various chests of loot to be found within. We finish off the episode by being teleported to an incredible zone, courtesy of PicoMan, that we'd otherwise not see for some time..

The commentary is quite nice, however, the clicking and backpedaling really undermines your credibility, and especially so in your Rift videos. You'd get eaten alive if you ever tried to PVP like that.

thanks for the feedback. as it happens, i deliberately 'click' so that my viewers can see what i'm doing. i think you're confusing my credibility with your perceived view over my gameskill, especially PVP.
this series is about as far removed from anything of that sort as could possibly be, as it's all about showing the game to new players, and allowing those whom would never normally look twice at it to gain a glimpse of what they're potentially missing out on.
i'm not trying to be 'leet', i'm trying to be informative and entertaining. sorry that doesn't suit your sensibilities however i ain't changing up the format any time soon =)

In this episode we continue our journey through the Shposhae Dungeon, guided by our spelunking specialist Picoman, as we try to deal with a large group of Shade Lurkers in order to obtain a Silver Shposhae key so that we can sample the spoils of the Silver Chest deep inside. We then attempt to take down an iconic boss creature named Shearing Sheridan, before finishing off the episode by being teleported to an incredible zone, courtesy of PicoMan, that we'd otherwise not see for some time in our career..

In this episode we once again join up with Pico Man as we head back to the Shposhae Dungeon once more, this time to head directly to a specific area of the caves known as 'Map 4'. I once again become victim of those nasty Shadow Lurkers as we battle our way through. We finally get hold of a Mythril Shposhae Key which allows us to loot the final chest, before Pico offers us yet another sneak peek at a high-level zone named 'Dragonhead' in the Coerthas Central Highlands..
