Part 7 of my 'Let's Play' gameplay and commentary in the MMO, Final Fantasy XIV, by Square Enix.

In this episode we continue along our single-player storyline, firstly meeting up with F'lhaminn at the gates of Ul'dah to escort her to Camp Black Brush. We make swift work of the chinchillas that try to interrupt our journey, only to come across an unfortunate situation at the camp that has us observing some of the fallout from the incident that occured at the Ul'dah parade. We then head back to the city only to discover that a disaster has occured at the local mines, and that somehow it seems tied in with the child from the camp and her father..

Part 8 of my 'Let's Play' gameplay and commentary in the MMO, Final Fantasy XIV, by Square Enix.

In this episode we take a break from the storyline quests and combat duties to take a tour around the markets and merchants available to us within the city of Ul'dah, as we discover how to find the various pieces of equipment we'll need in order to perform roles other than our default profession of Marauder. Once we've sorted our gear, we take a look at the various Leves on offer and explain the differences between them as they relate to our professions.

Part 9 of my 'Let's Play' gameplay and commentary in the MMO, Final Fantasy XIV, by Square Enix.

In this episode we make use of the equipment we bought in the last episode by taking on a Botanist Levequest, requiring us to switch professions and head out into the wilds on the hunt for trees to log. We learn how to initiate a fieldcraft leve, where to go in order to perform it, and most importantly how to actually work the logging system UI.

Part 11 of my 'Let's Play' gameplay and commentary in the MMO, Final Fantasy XIV, by Square Enix.

In this episode we get back to the basics of combat, firstly going over the basics of our journal system and it's and available leves, after which we take on our fair share of Battlecraft Levequests in order to rank up our Marauder job and rid the area of local pests. We finish up by heading back to Ul'dah as we receive a message from Momodi at the Adventurers Guild via our NPC Linkpearl..
