Relic Quest deleted

After entering Halatali to slay the Hydra, I exited the dungeon and the quest no longer appears on my quest log. I returned to the quest giver in North Shroud and the entire quest line has started over again. Please see if there is anyway to address this as I have spent a lot of time and gil progressing this far through the questline.

I just got done beating Chimera on A Relic Reborn Quest and the 24 mobs afterwards. After the quest was turned in, I was directed to enter Halatali and slay the Hydra. I went in the zone and then left. Right after I exited the dungeon the quest no longer appeared on my quest log. I spent a large amount of time and gil progressing through the WHM Relic Quest. Please assist!!
