Can SE recovery my account?

Account got hacked and lost all Gil. It is real frustrated. If SE can recovery my account, I will stop play until got recovery. Otherwise I think I am going to stop playing after 30 initial play days. Who had idea if SE can recovery your char/account or not?

We can only guess, you need to talk to SE, they're the only ones who can tell you for sure.

If you get your account back, I'd recommend adding a security token (either software or hardware) to stop it happening again in the future.

Yeah the Token is a great thing. I hope you didn't fall prey to Gil sellers or share accounts, for that's a ban waitin' to happen
to begin with.

Only character recovery story i read was a story that toke 9 months to fix, character in ff11 got hached, SE toke 270 days to fix. Good luck with that, I think they might have a couple more important issues to fix before that.
