I just waited for 2 hours in chat, Agent came, closed my ticket without notification.

I waited for 2 hours, had to step out for a bit because I figured I had time. Agent came in and inquired as to my current whereabouts, and after not responding, assumed I had no further issues and closed my ticket.

Don't you think I should have been sent an email? Do people honestly sit and stare at their screens for a 190 person queue with an average wait time of 1 hour 50 minutes?

How does my not answering you after a minute or so constitute closing out of my ticket completely?

This is unacceptable customer service practice. My issue is that the game that I purchased from you is not being credited as my having purchased it and thus not receiving the rewards that were promised.

I agree he should have done more. In my job, it's only phone support, but we still call them back and leave a message if they don't answer. We do wait about a minute as well, but we at least try.

Yes, it's a matter of courtesy. They know for a fact that their customer support lines are all tied up and that the lines are long. Why not make a simple accommodation for these specific circumstances? At least if you re-open chat you should be bumped back to the top of the queue. I re-opened and I was #156.

I just went through the entire queue again. I reopen chat, frustrated because I now have to sit through the queue again. Finish, and receive "No Agents available to chat with you. Please try again later."

I am ready to give up. This customer service is terrible. TERRIBLE.

    Long queues are bad.
Being told the average wait is 2 hours and then not taking the time to be at the PC for at least 2 hours is silly. You're just wasting people's time then (the service rep's and that of the other people in line).

I was at my computer for 90 percent. I had to step away for a little bit. When I left, it said I was about 50 in line. The step away, agent coming in, closing my ticket, and me returning happened in about 15 minutes.
