Its been a week now when I received my CE copy through amazon. Going through the motions and lord and behold.... 12 digit key for my ps3 copy is a DUD. Placed a ticket. Hear nothing back...

Never have I received this kind of customer abuse. At this point, Comcast has better customer support.

While I waited, I called Sony Online for other options. They confirmed the code is a dud and told me to get refund from amazon.... I just want to play without the wait.

Call Amazon and they will give me a full refund.. No exchanges... WTF.

Is square obligated to give me a key that works?

Or am I supposed to get a refund and pay again for another "working" copy?

The "phone support" is also a joke. Waited yesterday for 1hr 28min till I finally gave up. And to my surprise I couldn't even get a hold of the phone support number today.

What should be next move?
