Hello, I run the FC Storm Vanguard. As our members approach 50 we're starting to ramp up to raid. We're a friendly group of very experienced raiders. I personally have been leading raids and running guilds since Vanilla Wow, and everyone else in the FC has a similar amount of experience.

We're currently recruiting all classes and roles with the objective of clearing through hard-modes, farming for Relic Weapons and then hitting up Behemoth's Coil. Experience is an asset, but not absolutely required. As long as you're a competent human being that can learn, and integrate criticism you can find a place with us. We currently use Skype for VOIP. Having Skype and a functioning headset is mandatory. Eventually we will switch over to mumble/ventrilo/teamspeak, when the 24 man raids are released, but we haven't made any final decision.
