When can we expect some information on PS4 FFXIV?

Is anyone else stuck in the decision between buying a gaming PC or waiting for PS4? I'm not happy at all with the current issues I'm facing on PS3 but with the lack of information on the PS4 version coming I'm leaning towards buying a PC.

Just wish we could have some information about how the game will run on PS4 in comparison to higher quality PCs.

The PS4 is coming out soon so we can expect the information before or after it's release. Maybe even pre-order information for those who haven't bought the game. Collector's Edition and etc. I mean if I was a gaming company, I would do that because most time someone buys a console, there's not that many new games, you want to be that few so people are more tempted to buy your games.

    Hopefully this helps.

What types of issue are you having with the PS3 version? Lag/ Mob pop issues?

Yeah, lag issues and pop issues. Also having some bugs with the crossbar where if you enable customization for set selection it will automatically default back to set one whenever you hit one ability. There's also a lot of annoyance with the loading times, the throttled npc/pc movements and animations, inability to customize floating combat text, issues with "targeting the ground" spells bringing up a menu. All in all, been a frustrating experience and hoping better technology will fix these.

I think SE did the best they could do with decade old technology and I'm very grateful that they did do a release of PS3 like they promised but the reality is a new mmorpg on such old technology gives mediocre results at best.
