I'm assuming you registered your collector's edition on the Mog Station so all that's left is to wait. The next time you log in, above your mini-map in the upper right hand corner you should see numbers next to a envelope icon. If you do, head to the Moogle in your respective city state and talk to him (he'll show up as an envelope with a red seal on the map). They come through the in-game mail system
