    Looking for Answers regarding Email Tech Support

    Hey Square Enix,

    I submitted an email ticked back on 8/30 and have yet to receive a response regarding it even though i was was give the official notification on 8/31 that i would hear back from you within 2 business days (48 hours).

    So Labor Day monday was a holiday and off. thats fine and all, but what about tuesday and wendesday? Its now thursday and been over the 48 hour / 2 business day limit and i would like some answers.... Im not mad or anything, just frustrated because its been over 6 days since i last got to play with my Real Life friends on XIV and they are waiting for me.

    also ive been checking everyday to see if its been fixed, since one of my tickets was resolved without even a notification and i get an Error 3108 when i try to log in.
    Chat support is down and so I really need to talk to someone on tech support on this.
    i will give out my ticket numbers upon request.
    Just please Help!

    Chatt Support Failed too

    I have also been trying to use your chat support function only to find out it is unavailable and it just causes me to create more tickets.

    It was unavailable everytime i tried at 3pm, 4pm, & 5pm EST.

    Its as if the tech support doesnt want to help resolve my issue.... I feel like ive been cheated out of answers i should have had yesterday. this is really unacceptable. and now another business day go by and no answers from support. Nopw what do i do.

    Also other FYI, the character displayed on the right is one of the character locked to the service account i want access to again.

    I just want my characters back so i can play. Is that too much to ask for SQEX?

    I had that happen to me too. I originally created a ticket for subbing the wrong service account, but after 48 hours I never heard back from SE about it. I created another ticket. Then I had to phone them and was on hold for 2 hours but I finally got through and they escalated my ticket. It only took about an hour after that to fix the issue. I did ask why I had not heard from them in the 48 hour window from my first ticket. The guy said that the ticket que was on a first come first serve bases. This coupled with people making multiple tickets for an issue has caused the que and response time to be astronomically high. Your best bet is to keep calling them until you get through. It sucks but with the ticket que as large as it is, your tickets wont be addressed for a while unless they are escalated. Also to escalate you ticket, you will need the ticket number.

    They're so backed up the only way you'll get anything resolved is to open every browser you have available and join the chat queue and get every phone you have access to and jam their phone lines and you still probably won't get in if you're in North America. There has to be like 3 people that work there or something.

    you say there is a phone number, yet everywhere ive been is unable to loacate said number. what is that phone number. Can you PM it to me clicked.

    Also the chat support is down and unavailable. I cant get through no matter what i do. I really need some help!

    Ok, so now i finally got a response, But it was to close my ticket..... that was not the answer i needed. I needed help, not a closed ticket.
    SQEX, if your reading this, just fix my account merge that all, obviously its a 1hr fix, so just to it and we can be done with this and i can go back to playing the game.



    EDIT: Ok well, it seems that i got a mass email that dealt with the 90k error, 2002 error and world full errors. and i cant tell if any of my tickets were actually closed. But really guys really I do need an answer and response to my tickets about my actual issue, not a mass email. Ill be patient but really just fix my issue here.
