Hey Square Enix,

I submitted an email ticked back on 8/30 and have yet to receive a response regarding it even though i was was give the official notification on 8/31 that i would hear back from you within 2 business days (48 hours).

So Labor Day monday was a holiday and off. thats fine and all, but what about tuesday and wendesday? Its now thursday and been over the 48 hour / 2 business day limit and i would like some answers.... Im not mad or anything, just frustrated because its been over 6 days since i last got to play with my Real Life friends on XIV and they are waiting for me.

also ive been checking everyday to see if its been fixed, since one of my tickets was resolved without even a notification and i get an Error 3108 when i try to log in.
Chat support is down and so I really need to talk to someone on tech support on this.
i will give out my ticket numbers upon request.
Just please Help!
