Incapacitation tweaks

I agree. It is pretty silly for only 3 abilities to be able to damage a certain part. It would be much better to just target the part and hit it with attacks. But at least we can use skills from other classes to help get the job done. Still, Rather it be more realistic and just target the body part and break it that way.
