    My spec is:
    Window 7 64-bit
    Intel Core i7-2670QMCPU @ 2.2Ghz (8 CPUs)
    Memory: 8192MB RAM
    Processor: GTX 560

    I run other games just fine. This is a frist time I encounter FPS lag with game
    I also put everything to minimum

    Agreed that you should not be lagging with those.
