A friend of mine downloaded the app also and weird enough it completely reset after early access. He did not write down the security password thing and because support was (or is, whichever you prefer) bad he sat in the queue for live chat for many hours just to be thrown out with "no agent".
He made a support ticket which got closed after several days as well so he never got an answer back from them.

Support seems to be pretty bad at the moment though making a ticket or trying to contact them through the live chat seems to be the cheapest/best way to get in touch with them.
