I recently set up the OTP with the app on my phone. I ended up having to get a replacement phone, and after re-downloading the OTP app, it is requiring me to re-register the app. Obviously I'm unable to do so because even to log into my Squenix account without the OTP. I've already emailed SE but I'm not expecting a response for a couple of days at the least. I've been trying to call them all morning (@ 858-790-7529) so far but all I get is a busy signal. I can't seem to find out how to get to their Live Chat or I would also be trying that route. Does anyone know of an easier way to go about fixing this, or have a way to get to the Live Chat line?
