Combat still too slow. We need a shorter Global Cooldown!

eh Wows combat system isn't that great even with its 1.0 gcd most classes have. Only getting worse as they take depth out in this upcoming exp this is coming from a heroic raider in WoW. Oh its not like reducing the gcd would stop people from spamming the button until the spell came out its a habit WoW taught well. only depth wows combat had during mop was snapshotting of skills and that's pretty much gone in WoD
