Combat still too slow. We need a shorter Global Cooldown!

OP doesn't appear to have been to Coil 1 or 2. Has no idea what he's talking about since he has only done simple content.

Well OP posted over a year ago and probably quit due to GCD being "too slow" for their tastes.
