Progression Halt

My character Wicca Dragon on Hyperion server, has come to a halt in story progression. I completed the last story quest ENVOY and since my return from the other starting cities I have not found a single Story mission to move forward with. The Npc that starts the quest is Bartholomew in the Royal Promenade in The Steps of THAL. The NPC shows no marker of being the next Story mission and when I click on him I get a generic message about who is allowed in to see the Royalty. Due to this I can not progress any further in the story blocking me from getting to Grand Company and being able to ride mounts, and any story quest thus after. Thank you kindly for looking into this as it is very much appreciated.

Same issue. Envoy shows up as completed in my Journal but I'm not getting the Main Quest Indicator to begin Level 15 "It's Probably Pirates". Speaking to the NPC who's suppose to offer it doesn't help either.

I found this quote online as others where having this same issue
"Talk to the NPC in front of the lift, select the Airship Landing, and you should see the target there" so I am going to log in and try will post the results

Ok tried that and it was a no go found no one up there with a story marker on them at all check all 3 levels too and tried from all 3 levels making sure to zone out before each try.

Im having the same problem after finishing the Ul'dan Envoy quest.

Okay so I have good news! It most probably isn't a bug, after exiting the Envoy quest from which ever city state you belong to, the NPC who gives the quest is in the last city you visited for the quest. In my case since it was Gridania, the NPC who gave the quest was in "Old Gridania" next to the Conjurers Guild. Hope that helps!

Having the same problem with the quest "the talk of coerthas" I'm unable to find the npc where the marker is, he isn't there Unable to progress story T_T
