Scholar Quality of Life changes

Let me start by saying I have only just got my scholar and have yet to fully try them out in dungeons. I made this thread in an attempt to get a few things that I have already identified to be (in my opinion) silly or annoying to hopefully get more options. Even if you like the way the class plays at the moment most of these probably won't do anything to you anyways.

1: The lack of a condition removal at 30 which is obscene seeing as one of the dungeons playable at that level has a nasty poison I would like to see either esuna be available for use for us or just drag the 40 skill to 30.

2: Next I would like to talk about how if I drag the pets skills into my hot bar (I hate relying on AI) they do not swap when I switch pets. This means I will have 2 sets of 4 skills in my bar this includes 2 faerie heals which have the same name anyways not sure why I can't just have one that will swap as I change pets.

3: Lastly I noticed that I am unable to issue pet commands when I am casting. This was the same way with carbuncle but I feel like it is an unneeded system in that we have been given the ability to tell our pet what to do and to not rely on AI but doing so is punishable by the fact that we cannot have it do what we like while we are casting.

Like I said before these probably won't change those who currently play and enjoy the playstyle at the moment but will make life easier for those who wish to manually control everything the pet will do. If you have anything else that you would like to see changed to make the scholar quality of life easier please post them I would like to see what others think of the class.

TLDR:
1: Give us a way to condition removal at level 30.
2: Change the pet skills to only require one set of 4 on my bar instead of 2 sets.
3: Allow for us to control pet skills while casting.
