Hey guys.

I've been experiencing some rather jarring microstutter at all times of the day, and all locations within the game. Specs below.

i5 3570 (overclocked to 4.5Ghz)
8GB DDR3 RAM 1800
AMD Radeon HD 7850
Windows 7 64-bit

Using the latest AMD beta drivers that claim improves performance on FFXIV, but I have yet to see any. Anyone else having this issue? Could I be mistaking it for latency? I just want some kind of answer.
