    [Suggestion] Guildleve difficulty change.

I believe when a party is formed, the average rank of all the members should be recorded, and used to determine the difficulty of a guildleve. this number can then use to be used to determine what rank the enemy will be based on your star selection, and not to go below the rank of the camp +5, and not to go above 20 ranks higher than the camp.

So if you have everyone in your party that is rank 36, The average rank would be 36. When someone starts a guildleve and selects one star, Monsters would be set 5 ranks above the average rank. 2 stars, 8 ranks above, 3 stars 11 ranks above, 4 stars 15 ranks above, and 5 stars 20 ranks above. This way the difficulty of 5 star will truly be the difficulty of 5 star ALL the time, and there will be no guessing of what amount of stars to set based on your party strength. This will also help the person playing solo, as picking solo, monsters will always be 5 ranks above instead of possibly being many ranks below. so this group of R36 players will never see a monster below R41 if they pick one star, and rank 46 if they pick 3 stars.

At the same time, remove the cap of 10 ranks for SP/EXP bonus, so players can get rewarded for selecting the higher difficulties. Also at the same time, increase the end-of-leve reward for completing them at 4 or 5 stars, more-so at 5 stars, like an extra chest with some money and possible items next to the aether node.
