-To be part of the Aesir team you need some of the follow requirements.

1. A job or job’s higher than Rank 35
2. A active game play time and ready schedule.
3. Friendly and open to a very laid back but skilled group of players.
4. Past MMO Experience more than 2 years.
5. Knowledge in the game and the willingness to learn.

In Aesir we hold a multi leader system for the following reasons:

1. We have many members across the world, and in the military including the leader located in North America cannot be online 24/7. Thus, there are sub-leaders and other officers located in different regions to better assist all of our members.
