Detailed Attributes and Weighting

In FFXIV, we have a multitude of secondary attributes on our character sheets, such as: Defense, Parry, Resistances, Accuracy, Critical Hit Rate, etc.

As well, all of our gear comes with a variety of enhancements for those attributes, such as +4 Accuracy here, or +3 Determination there.

However, I find it very difficult to gauge the importance of +4 Accuracy when I'm not actually sure how much that augments my character's accuracy. For instance, my character currently has 167 Accuracy (157 Base, 10 Gear). Unfortunately, those numbers are completely arbitrary to me, and I don't know how much my base % chance to hit is, nor how much the additional 10 Accuracy increases it.

Basically, I act on the assumption, "I hit more often because I have more accuracy". Which is great, but I'd personally prefer to know something more like, "I had a 95% base Accuracy rate, and the +10 from gear increased it to 97.5%".

Could this be implemented, even if only as a configuration option?
