Cannot Hear Dialog in Cut Scenes

I've been playing in PS3 and what happens is the opposite, the voices and FX/sound effects are pretty loud while the background music is a bit fainter, so I dunno, maybe it's our systems or configurations....

I wonder what the correct configuration should be. Maybe I should try default.
