Oh ? I just knew that the pets can be in the "wall" so we can't target them but they do not take any damage. I never saw my Garuda-Egi fall oO.
I say "fall" because I've never seen mine fall either, but if it gets pushed off the cliff, I can't see it anymore and spells didn't seem to work on it. I might have actually been out of range though :P

I'm concerned about pet Micromanagement using a Gamepad. For those in which KB&M isn't an ideal option (Carpel tunnel) I've been trying to find inventive keybinds to trigger pet commands so I can use Obey to full potency.
However, simply swapping the Cross Hotbar to the Pet option slows down other rotations. Anyone else trying to optimize this?
Because there are no actual log entries, SMN DoT is very hard to parse but some folks have really gone out of their way to measure damage from SMN on the Titan and all I can say is holy guacamole.
I can agree with that. www.ffxiv-app.com is a great tool and I've been parsing with it. If these results are correct, I am parsing on titan around 250DPS. My BLM in my group is more geared then me ( I have ifrit wep, still missing pants and belt from darklight ) and he is doing around 150~ give or take.
The parser also right now doesn't account for Shadow Flare, so I think we are parsing a bit higher above even that.
As mentioned on every similar post in these forums, FF14App does not track DoTs, because they do not show up in the combat log. It simulates them, but the simulations have been totally messed up with each new update as they try and get DoTs to at least be somewhat accurate. At this point DPS numbers for Summoner are anecdotal.I can agree with that. www.ffxiv-app.com is a great tool and I've been parsing with it. Nope, there are other threads about it as well. Right now if the parsers aren't wrong we are one of the top parsing DPS classes. It could be however that we are parsing incorrectly (IE adding more damage to our DoTs then it should be ), but I don't know that's the case.

You have to use ruin II if you predict a movement (like titan hard's weight of the land or landslide) or that if you have instant cast spells that needs to be casted in between ruin II that can't be casted otherwise when casting ruin I, ie. fester, aetherflor, spur, rouse, bane, enkindle. other than that, it is much much more efficient to cast ruin I.
