    SE Chat no longer available and number busy? one week no ticket response?

    Sent in my ticket for my separate service account last Thursday. The email I got Saturday told me they will contact me in 48 hours. Here we are a week later, they disabled online chat and made it to where the directory wouldn't transfer us to customer support anymore. Support line always busy. GG SE

    Same for me, I got 3 ticket not even single one response back ,and just like you said it's been a week. what the hell did they do all this time.

    My ticket been sittin' for a week now.
    Good luck to the rest of you, they already closed my ticket I had 2 weeks ago, they are taking a long time to respond, like before, which probably means they closed it.

    I'm in the exact same boat as you, however, I finally FINALLY got a phone call in. I've currently been on hold for over an hour.

    This is a fiasco, the entire support system, website integration with gameplay, and the launch in general has been worse than, dare I say, the Sim City launch.

    I was really excited to make this my new "focus" game, looking to push hard into endgame and spend a lot of time here.

    I'm really being put off.

    Before the obligatory "have you ever seen a game launch" before post, yes, I have, and none have been this unprofessional.
