Well, I want to help your thread out. Do you know of, or have any examples of any other MMO's that have implemented a harrassment policy? Or is it usualy protocol to report the issue to a GM? At the end of the day, it is a game, and you literally can just get up and walk away from this life. I can understand if someone is blowing up your tells, or 'intentionally' causing parties to wipe. But if it's something like verbiage that you can't handle, you really just need to focus on finishing that instance, or just drop and re-join another group. Unless they implement a blacklist option (which I agree, they should), sooner or later the person harrassing will get bored. Maybe they'll realize that it's just a game, and if you die/ wipe, due to someone being "new" or unfamiliar" with a battle.. that again, it's just a game. Luckily, you can't de-level like you could in XI.
Anyway, from my understanding, playing a game online with strangers has ALWAYS been at your own risk. If you are that fragile and get broken up by someone yelling at your Miquo'te for not healing properly.. you may want to take a few minutes to evaluate what really matters in life.
