When I'm playing as my 38 White Mage and doing FATEs: If there are multiple mobs, I tab through them using Aero on each of them. Most of the time they die too fast to do anything else, but if I land on one that's full health I also use Stone II. If an enemy gets close I use Fluid Aura. Sometimes, if I can't seem to get much of a hit on anything, I run up to a monster and use Fluid Aura, then Stone. The other players are too lazy to run after it so they attack a different monster, leaving that one for me. If I'm doing a single-target NM FATE, then I stand as far back as I can and Aero, Thunder (from THM), Stone II, then just use Stone II until Aero runs off so I can start it all again. I usually get around the most exp you can get. If it's an NM FATE and people are actually taking a lot of damage, I usually heal instead, but still use Aero and Thunder occasionally.
Thanks Ardbob. I will try using the Fluid Aura method tonight.

It's based on how much hate you generate. The few FATEs I've done I just applied Regen on as many people as possible as it gives you hate per tic which adds up the more people it's on.
Wait... even if they're not missing HP I still gain enmity/credit? That would solve my problem right quick haha....

tab aero tab aero tab aero tab aero and regen.
